5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To save your scenarios, you may create an account using your email address. You agree to:

5.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. THIRD-PARTY DATA

Cryptoorbit displays cryptocurrency data provided by CoinGecko API. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We display "Powered by CoinGecko" as required by their attribution policy.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Availability at all times (we may have downtime for maintenance)
Accuracy of cryptocurrency price data (it comes from third parties)
That the Service will meet your specific requirements

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Cryptoorbit team is NOT LIABLE for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Financial losses from cryptocurrency investments
Decisions you make based on Cryptoorbit calculations
Inaccuracies in third-party data (CoinGecko or others)
Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0 for the free version).

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Cryptoorbit team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your use of the Service
Your investment decisions
Your violation of any third-party rights

12. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any consequences of such changes.

12.1 Pricing Changes

While Cryptoorbit is currently offered free of charge, we reserve the right to introduce paid features, premium tiers, or subscription plans in the future. If we introduce paid features:

Existing users will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email
Basic functionality may remain free, with premium features behind a paywall
You will not be charged without explicit consent and payment authorization
You may continue using the free version (if available) or cancel your account at any time

Free access to the current version is not guaranteed indefinitely. We may transition to a paid model when commercially appropriate.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email (if you have an account) or a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Slovenia.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
